Explore new flavours at Cantonese fine dining restaurant Man Fu Yuan, where its executive chef Eric Neo has put a spin on classics with fusion creations. Think pan-fried foie gras with suckling pig in crepe and Mongolian-style grain-fed Australian beef prime rib. A must-try is the tiger prawn vermicelli (pictured) with broth distilled from the prawns and Chinese hua tiao wine – almost like a bisque sans the cream. These dishes are from its new chef’s signature collection. Call 6825-1008 or Visit https://manfuyuan.sg.
