Spotted this interesting art piece by renowned French street artist Invader in Lower Manhattan, New York. Having created a name for himself thanks to his iconic ceramic tile artworks that are often inspired by video-game characters, he has since even designed one, which made it to the International Space Station.
Georgetown, Penang, is an enclave full of wall murals by local and international artists who have created unique, locally inspired artworks. Many works were even designed so that the public can interact with them, and they have gained popularity with tourists worldwide.
As an avid tea lover, I hardly miss a day without a cuppa. This colourful display of tea canisters, seen at Tea Drop’s store in South Melbourne Market, Australia, is the perfect wall feature design for me!
Despite being simple, this display setup at Glossier’s – a popular cult cosmetic brand – showroom in New York hits all the right notes with its styling, and inspires me to spruce up my dressing table, too.
Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates stood out among the other man-made superstructures and mega shopping complexes in the city, with this eyecatching and impressive architectural dome feature, where natural light floods into the interiors while casting beautiful shadows.

The geometric designs of vintage window and door grilles fascinate me; I love how Onlewo immortalised them in these fabric coasters.
The green facade of the Container Hotel caught my eye as I was exploring the streets of Georgetown, Penang. The thriving wall of plants even sports beautiful blooms!
On a recent visit to New York’s Museum of Modern Art, it was a surreal experience standing before one of the world’s most prized artworks – Andy Warhol’s Campbell’s Soup Cans. Later, I learnt more about the artist’s inspiring success story while on a street-art tour of the city.
