Diet Plan: Denise loves going out for meals but follows the 70/30 diet to keep her weight under control. She eats 70 per cent vegetarian and 30 per cent protein in the form of eggs, fish, chicken and legumes.

Workout routine: Miranda exercises three to four times a week for up to one and quarter hours each time. She warms up by stretching before targeting her legs, core and arms for a total body workout. She also stays active all day by clenching and tightening different parts of her muscles in the car or on the way to the airport.

Diet Plan: Veggies, veggies and more veggies. If it’s green, then you’ll find Miranda munching down on it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She's not against the occasional indulgence, such as her grandmother's pavlova, but in daily life she avoids sugar as well as wheat.

Diet Plan: Kate is very particular about what she puts into her body. She steers clear from processed, fried, and oily foods and sticks to a mostly alkaline-based diet.
