We know sleep is important, but when life gets in the way, we end up being deprived of Z’s. So in celebration of World Sleep Day on March 17, we’ve put together a series of stories that focuses on helping you get quality shut-eye. Start with the piece on how your health gets affected when you don’t get your eight hours daily over a prolonged period. Then find out which bad habits are stopping you from getting restful slumber. And look at research-backed methods that are said to help, such as meditation and floatation therapy. Food plays a part too, and the right snacks can actually ease you into relaxation mode and eventually lull you to sleep. Creating a stress-relieving pre-bedtime ritual also helps, and we’ve got the body and face products you need to make that happen. Enjoy!
