When you swirl one onto the apples of your cheeks with a blush brush, feather-light powders release an undetectable liquid, converting the colour into an airy cream that melts right in. “The result is a tint that doesn’t look too Raggedy Ann,” says Nick Barose, a makeup artist in New York City. “It’s a natural, back-from-vacation glow.”
