Fast forward to today and Kiehl’s is finally launching its new Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate after experimenting with 89 different variations over 10 months. In addition to the original concentration of L-Ascorbic Acid, the updated formula includes two percent Ascorbyl Glucoside, which helps to maintain vitamin C activity over time.
In order to address customer concerns like instant results and better hydration, the team also looked to hyaluronic acid, thanks to its ability to act like a sponge and hold up to 1,000 times its weight in water for an immediate plumping effect.
