Pure Intentions

You know it’s a match made in heaven when something as sumptuous as cashmere is given Calvin Klein’s minimalistic touch. Spun from fine Italian yarns, the comprehensive collection of tees, sweaters, leggings, cardigans and sweater dresses feel like a dream against the skin.

Delvaux’s bags are renowned for being indulgent in their simplicity. To add more quirk to its selection of leather goods this season, the Belgian brand has looked towards the Art Deco movement for graphic cues.

On top of bright hues such as sunshine yellow and zesty lime green, tri-toned effects, aerodynamic sport-inspired stripes and a mix of leathers and furs render the impeccably-crafted bags appropriate for any occasion.

Collector’s Edition

The late Agnes Martin was an abstract painter whose works are among those shaping the austere aesthetics at Cos. It’s only natural then, that the brand will be sponsoring a retrospective of the American artist’s paintings at New York’s Guggenheim Museum, plus releasing a capsule collection inspired by Martin.

“The opportunity to create this collection whilst exploring the subtle reinvention of classic silhouettes has been fantastic,” explained Karin Gustafsson, Creative Director of Cos. “The minimal pieces created form an ef ortless, artistic capsule offering.” Released worldwide this month, part of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to the Agnes Martin Foundation.

Comfortable heels aren’t exactly known to be the most pleasing to the eye (and vice versa), but ECCO’s latest Shape collection is proof that you can have the best of both worlds.

“We have created a shoe that’s both sexy and comfortable to wear. I’m very proud of the result,” said Niki Tæstensen, ECCO’s Head of Concept Lab.

The Danish label kept the silhouettes of the shoes streamlined for added versatility, but upped the comfort and plush levels with soft leather.
