One of the few brands – if not the first – to tap onto this, Estee Lauder has created the Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Floralixir Dew Regenerating Water (price unavailable) that mimics how this works. Like dew, its velvety fluid texture penetrates skin quickly, reportedly even more so than regular toners. Coupled with the extracts of Himalayan Gentian and Brazil Everlasting – blooms known to withstand extreme climates – it’s meant to strengthen skin’s protective barrier and neutralise irritation. A few drops after cleansing is enough to calm redness, patchiness and dehydration. – MSY.
