THE FIRST EDITION OF THE AZIMUT|BENETTI Yacht Master Asia was held during two days in Hong Kong (Nov 17-18), consisting of workshops for super and mega yacht Captains.
The popular event for Captains and industry professionals celebrated 16 years of success and is now the central element of the new “Year- long Yacht Master” project. The Azimut|Benetti Group has always been attentive to the needs and skills of those who participate in the success of their vessels during all phases of the project. Invited professionals were welcomed to the exclusive Kee Club in Central for the first day of workshops, followed by a fine-dining experience. The next day was full of team-building activities at the Gold Coast Yacht and Country Club, where a number of Benetti yachts were lined up.
Yacht Master Asia is part of the new “Year-long Yacht Master” project that aims to keep the industry in constant communication through workshops and events. It is composed of three major events that will extend the presence on a global scale with local meetings in Asia (2015) and the US (2016) in addition to European Azimut| Benetti Yacht Master as the main event.
Smaller events will be held during the off-season from September to May, along with technical sessions and social events.
