With a fusion of exhibitions, forums, competitions and exciting events, the show strives for a breakthrough in the luxury industry and to promote a wholesome yachting style.
From being dubbed as the largest maritime boat exhibition in China to gaining the highest level of membership in the International Federation of Boat Show Organisers (IFBSO), Xiamen International Boat Show further evolved by establishing a strategic partnership with Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show at the last edition. It witnessed the development of boating industry in China as well as the localisation of foreign yachting brands. Changes in consumer group and its behaviour were also shown.
Enhancing the cooperation with Sanctuary Cove for welcoming international buyers, this edition will also provides a wider variety of purchase options with showcasing boats of different prices, shipyards and functions. Either high-end cruiser or medium speedboats will be available.
More than 100 international brands from Singapore, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Italy, Britain, France and Germany are bringing their fleet to the marina, including Azimut, Ferretti Group, Beneteau, Lagoon, Sunseeker, Regal, Jeanneau, Marquis, Bavaria, Dufour and so on. Fishing Boat Sales Union sold three Yamaha boats at the last edition, implying strong interest from potential customers in the market.
The China Yachting Industry Development Forum will be held during the event for analysing boating consumer tendency. The 10th edition of the China Cup International Regatta will be held Oct 27-30 in Guangdong Province featuring a high-quality battle on the water.
Yacht Modelling Contest will take the theme of “Joy under the Sun”, highlighting the glamorous lifestyle on board. Organisers have invited the Xiamen Philharmonic Orchestra to perform exclusively at the Boat Show Evening, creating a relaxing ambience for visitors.
