The experience at Fuego Feast is designed to connect the diners back to a rustic, back- to-nature approach to food - all through strong visual impact delivered by the grand display of whole animals on grills and open-fire pits. Large pieces of beef, pork, turkeys, chickens, whole lambs and whole vegetables will be grilled and roasted on custom-fabricated grill racks over heat from open fires and embers.

On festival days, attendees can enjoy unlimited servings of food on the verdant Emily Hill grounds, as they relax on the green with a picnic mat or in the cool indoor standing room on the 1st floor of the colonial-period building.
